Dragons

This morning was a great day for running. I woke up at 6, did my usual shuffling around the house, and then headed out the door.

I keep my place pretty shut up during hot summer nights -- so I was quite pleased to see it had rained last night and was still falling this morning.

The guys working on the new sidewalk near the UA track didn't seem as thrilled.

I wish I was in better shape because days like this were just made for runs on the ends of town -- maybe Sabino or, from my place, A-Mtn or Tumamoc.

I'm pleased though. My Asics Nimbuses are treating me well and I don't have an once of knee pain.

We'll call today 30min slow and easy in the AM.
